24 HOUR BRIDGE MARATHON |

What an amazing 24 hours over the weekend of 17/18 October when we raised $4540.40 for Alzheimers Auckland.
We had so much fun; played lots of bridge; had yummy food donated which was eaten with great gusto; and yes we all had such a jolly good time.
141 players came and played bridge at some stage over the 24 hours and congratualations to Kinga, Helen and Oliver who played bridge continuously for 24 hours...and to Barbara who worked for a straight 27 hours and never once looked tired - what a star.
Thank you so much for all the donations, prizes, delicious goodies to keep us going, the hard work and support - it was an amazing event and my thanks to Kinga for such a wonderful idea.
An event to be repeated...but not for awhile!
